The Process

How Mail-In Repairs Work

  1. Step 01

    Book Repair

Get in touch to describe the fault and book your device in for diagnostics.

  2. Step 02

    Package Device

Pack your device securely, following our packaging guidance to prevent transit damage.

  3. Step 03

    Courier Device

Send your device to our lab in Tutukaka, Northland with a track-and-trace courier — NZ Post preferred.

  4. Step 04

    Diagnostics

A $100 inspection fee is paid up front, and we perform board-level diagnostics to identify the exact cause of the fault.

  5. Step 05

    Repair Approval

We provide a clear written quote and repair plan for your approval before any work begins. If you approve the quote, the inspection fee is waived.

  6. Step 06

    Repair Completed

Once approved, the repair is carried out and the device is fully tested.

  7. Step 07

    Invoice Sent

A detailed invoice is issued covering diagnostics and repair work completed.

  8. Step 08

    Payment Received

Payment is required in full before your repaired device is returned.

  9. Step 09

    Device Returned

Your device is carefully packaged and couriered back to you.

A $100 inspection fee applies to every device and must be paid up front before any work is carried out. This covers diagnostics and testing. If you approve the repair quote we provide afterwards, the inspection fee is waived.

Payment is required before repaired devices are returned. Once your invoice is issued and payment received, your device is carefully packaged and couriered back to you.

Every repair is backed by a 90-day warranty.* Our workmanship is covered for 90 days from the date your repaired device is returned to you.
